[EN] PACE — the Right to Choose Without Rights
«Никогда не было и вот опять» — примерно так закончились выборы в ПАСЕ, результатом которых уже никого было не удивить.
Резолюция ПАСЕ N° 2621 от 1 октября 2025 года должна была послужить началом диалога между создаваемым демократическим правительством «хороших русских» и справедливой Европой.
26 января Бюро Парламентской ассамблеи Совета Европы (ПАСЕ) утвердили список представителей от демократических сил России, где были удостоены чести на 33% мест коренные народы.
Как и следовало ожидать основу бомонда составила псевдооппозиция «хороших русских» во главе с Ходорковским. Выборы проходили за закрытыми дверьми, где других «хороших русских» обязали подписать Берлинскую декларацию (принятую от 30 мая 2023 года), что сперва вызвало бойкот со стороны «самых хороших русских» — команды навальных.
В конечном его виде, по результату на понедельник 26.01.26 мы видим, что места были поделены между своими же:
— Наталья Арно — президент Free Russia Foundation;
— Дмитрий Гудков — «Партия перемен», «Антивоеннвй комитет России»;
— Марк Фейгин — юрист и бывший депутат Госдумы;
— Владимир Кара-Мурза — вице-президент Free Russia Foundation, уже обозначающим себя, как президент России в изгнании;
— Гарри Каспаров — бывший шахматист и политик, соратник Ходорковского;
— Михаил Ходорковский — бывший российский миллиардер, «Антивоенный комитет России»;
— Олег Орлов — Правозащитный Центр «Мемориал»;
— Любовь Соболь — бывшая сотрудница Фонда борьбы с коррупцией, известная нашумевшей видеозаписью с изменой своему мужу с оператором-армянином из её команды;
— Надежда Толоконникова — основательница группы Pussy Riot, прославившийся откровенными провокациями и пренебрежению к любого типа морали и законов, например прыгая в храмах или занимаясь групповым сексом на 9-м месяце беременности в музее при толпе репортёров. ЛГБТ-активистка Толоконникова, выбранная в виде эксперта известна ещё и своей страничкой на Onlyfans и съёмках в жёстком порно. Интересно, что её, как «борца за права меньшинств», не смутила расстановка сил в ПАСЕ и её окружение, которое приписывает коренные народы к людям низшего сорта. — Андрей Волна — врач-травматолог и публицист. Каким образом этот человек здесь не понятно.
Указанные пророссийские фигуры мягко говоря спорны даже по мнению самой оппозиции хороших русских и не нуждаются в развёрнутых комментариях, по менее знакомым или слабоузнаваемым были даны комментарии и исторические отсылки.
Под коренные народы, как и обещалось, выделено 5 мест, но кто же стали эти представители:
— чеченский активист Руслан Кутаев, президент «Ассамблеи народов Кавказа»;
— малоизвестная художница и по совместительству директор «Дома Ингрии» созданного Павлом Ивлевым (Это тот самый П. Ивлев, который выступал юридической крышей ЮКОСа Михаила Ходорковского и оплачивал услуги Алексею Навальному, поддерживая последнего);
— основатель блога «Азиаты России» Василий (Батлай) Матенов;
— руководительница издания Komi Daily Лана Пылаева;
— защитник коренных малочисленных народов Павел Суляндзига.
Выбор Ходорковского оставленный на безызвестной художницы логичен и обусловлен тем, что предыдущие его протеже в виде псевдосвободной Ингрии засветились в родственных связях с русскими военными преступниками «Русич», другие к коммунистической партии и просто к людям, которые выдают себя не за тех, кем они являются. Поэтому выбор на тёмных лошадок весьма очевиден.
Выбор этих представителей демонстрирует, какой именно хотят видеть эту формируемую «элиту», а настоящих борцов с режимом закрывают спинами миллиардеров, не давая им голоса.
Подытожив мы видим сильное лобби и тут дело даже не в связи с определёнными странами, сколько с определёнными политическими силами. Мнение кого будут выражать эти «представители коренных народов»?
И ведь по задумке ПАСЕ эти люди должны будут сформировать отдельную площадку коренных народов, то есть новые участники будут сортироваться через этих ставленников «хороших русских».
Хорошее же место отведено для коренных народов.
Пусть эти «по-демократически открытые» «выборы» останутся на совести органа под названием ПАСЕ.
PACE — the Right to Choose Without Rights
“Never before, and here we go again” — that is roughly how the elections to PACE ended, the outcome of which surprised no one anymore.
PACE Resolution No. 2621 of 1 October 2025 was supposed to mark the beginning of a dialogue between the emerging democratic government of the “good Russians” and a just Europe.
On 26 January, the Bureau of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) approved the list of representatives from Russia’s democratic forces, in which 33% of the seats were ceremonially allocated to indigenous peoples.
As expected, the backbone of this beau monde turned out to be the pseudo-opposition of the “good Russians” led by Khodorkovsky. The elections were held behind closed doors, where other “good Russians” were required to sign the Berlin Declaration (adopted on 30 May 2023), which initially triggered a boycott by the “very best Russians” — Navalny’s team.
In its final form, as of Monday, 26 January 2026, we see that the seats were divided among their own circle:
- Natalia Arno — President of the Free Russia Foundation;
- Dmitry Gudkov — “Party of Change”, “Russian Anti-War Committee”;
- Mark Feygin — lawyer and former State Duma deputy;
- Vladimir Kara-Murza — Vice-President of the Free Russia Foundation, already positioning himself as President of Russia in exile;
- Garry Kasparov — former chess player and politician, ally of Khodorkovsky;
- Mikhail Khodorkovsky — former Russian billionaire, “Russian Anti-War Committee”;
- Oleg Orlov — Memorial Human Rights Centre;
- Lyubov Sobol — former employee of the Anti-Corruption Foundation, widely known for a scandalous video recording involving infidelity to her husband with an Armenian cameraman from her team;
- Nadezhda Tolokonnikova — founder of Pussy Riot, who gained notoriety for explicit provocations and disregard for any form of morality and law, such as jumping in churches or engaging in group sex in a museum while nine months pregnant in front of a crowd of reporters. LGBT activist Tolokonnikova, selected as an expert, is also known for her OnlyFans page and appearances in hardcore porn. Interestingly, as a «fighter for minority rights,» she wasn’t bothered by the power dynamics in PACE and her entourage, which assigns indigenous peoples to second-class status. - Andrey Volna — trauma surgeon and publicist. How this person ended up here is unclear.
The listed pro-Russian figures are, to put it mildly, controversial even in the eyes of the “good Russian” opposition itself and do not require detailed commentary. For the lesser-known or barely recognizable figures, comments and historical references were provided.
As promised, five seats were allocated to indigenous peoples — but who exactly became these representatives?
- Chechen activist Ruslan Kutaev, President of the “Assembly of the Peoples of the Caucasus”;
- a little-known artist who also serves as director of the “House of Ingria”, created by Pavel Ivlev (the same P. Ivlev who acted as the legal shield for Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s YUKOS and paid for Alexei Navalny’s services while supporting him);
- founder of the blog “Asians of Russia” Vasily (Batlay) Matenov;
- editor-in-chief of Komi Daily Lana Pylaeva;
- defender of indigenous small-numbered peoples Pavel Sulyandziga.
Khodorkovsky’s decision to place his bet on an obscure artist is logical and driven by the fact that his previous protégés, presented as a pseudo-independent “Free Ingria,” were exposed as having family ties to Russian war criminals from the “Rusich” group, others to the Communist Party, and still others to people who were simply not who they claimed to be. Therefore, the choice of dark horses is quite obvious.
The choice of these representatives demonstrates exactly what kind of «elite» they want to see being formed, while real fighters against the regime are shielded behind billionaires’ backs, denying them a voice.
In summary, we observe a strong lobbying structure — and the issue here is not so much ties to specific countries as to specific political forces. Whose opinions will these “representatives of indigenous peoples” actually express?
After all, according to PACE’s design, these individuals are supposed to form a separate platform for indigenous peoples, meaning that new participants will be filtered through these appointees of the “good Russians”.
A truly “good” place has been reserved for indigenous peoples.
Let these “democratically open” “elections” remain on the conscience of the body known as PACE.

The current neo-liberal mindset of non-change on the geopolitical scene is most apparent in the workings of PACE, UN and other international organisations, which have allowed themselves to turn into tools of Russian disinformation and imperialism. A firm hand is needed to guide the willing out of this world-view and a strong judge must root out all Russian-backed corruption, which funds far-left, LGBT, anarchist and some quasi-«nationalists» (Such as those from the German AfD or Finnish VKK). A vanguard is needed not only of the most radical and patriotic forces, willing to fight and die, but also of the more soft-spoken and well-read kind. A state needs all these things: fighters, politicians, activists, scientists, workers, philosophers and artists. I believe SSS (Suur-Suomen Sotilaat) is a great host for this vanguard.
