Ранее мы сообщали о задержании администратора Лапландского Телеграм-канала 23-летнего студента из Мурманска Рафаэля Мамедова.
Рафаэль вёл канал «Свободная Лапландия«, который был признан «террористским и экстремистским» на территории РФ, вместе с другими 172 движениями за Независимость. Несмотря на то, что никаких призывов на самом канале не было, а основным контентом были мемы, история Лапландии, критика российской власти и сохранении идентичности Финно-угорских народов — 27 мая 2026 года Северный флотский военный суд приговорил Рафаэля к 15 годам лишения свободы по делу о госизмене и участии в террористической организации (ст. 275 и ч. 2 ст. 205.5 УК) из которых 3 года он проведёт в тюрьме, а остаток срока в колонии строгого режима — по информации Медиазона.
Несмотря на несколько попыток суицида в тюрьме тюремной экспертизой указано, что студент «симулирует и вменяем».
Сам Рафаэль сказал, что «свое уже пожил»..
В СИЗО «Новые Кресты» на территории Ингерманландии, молодой человек пытался покончить собой, когда его возили на психиатрическую экспертизу, там было обозначено, что студент «нанес себе порезы на шее и руках», а последний раз Рафаэль пытался повеситься на ремне во время этапирования, но конвоир пресёк это действо (отмечает ОВД-инфо).
Власть России пытается задушить любые ростки самоопределения Финно-угорских и других народов, но пока мы живы — наше дело будеть жить!
Sentence in the Lapland Case
Earlier, we reported on the arrest of Rafael Mamedov, a 23-year-old student from Murmansk and administrator of the Lapland Telegram channel.
Rafael ran the channel “Free Lapland,” which was designated as “terrorist and extremist” in the Russian Federation along with 172 other independence movements. Despite the fact that the channel contained no calls for violence and mainly featured memes, the history of Lapland, criticism of the Russian authorities, and advocacy for the preservation of Finno-Ugric peoples’ identity, on May 27, 2026, the Northern Fleet Military Court sentenced him to 15 years in prison on charges of high treason and participation in a terrorist organization (Article 275 and Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code). He is to serve 3 years in prison and the remainder of the term in a strict-regime penal colony, according to Mediazona.
Despite several suicide attempts in custody, a prison psychiatric examination concluded that the student is “simulating and is sane.”
Rafael himself stated that he had “already lived his life.”
While held in the “Novye Kresty” pre-trial detention center in Ingria, the young man attempted suicide during transport for a psychiatric evaluation. It was reported that he “inflicted cuts on his neck and arms.” During another incident while being transferred, Rafael tried to hang himself with a belt, but the escort officer intervened (reports OVD-Info).
The Russian authorities are attempting to crush any sprouts of self-determination among Finno-Ugric and other peoples. However, as long as we are alive — our cause will live on!
